Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CloudXDrift services located at cloudxdrift.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our web interface design services.

CloudXDrift provides specialized web interface design services to clients throughout Thailand and internationally. Our services include user experience consulting, interface design development, and educational programs for aspiring web designers.

Service Description

Web Interface Design Services

CloudXDrift offers professional web interface design services including user interface development, user experience consultation, design system creation, and responsive web design solutions. All services are provided by qualified professionals with extensive experience in the field.

Educational Programs

Our educational offerings include comprehensive learning programs scheduled to begin in late 2025 and early 2026. These programs cover fundamental and advanced web design concepts, practical application methods, and industry best practices.

  • Professional design consultation and project development
  • Educational courses and workshops starting autumn 2025
  • Design system development and maintenance
  • User experience research and analysis

User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users of CloudXDrift services agree to maintain professional conduct and respect intellectual property rights. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of design materials
  • Interference with service functionality or security measures
  • Submission of false or misleading information during registration
  • Commercial use of educational materials without explicit permission
  • Harassment or inappropriate communication with staff or other users

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, educational materials, and proprietary methodologies developed by CloudXDrift remain the exclusive property of our company. This includes but is not limited to design templates, educational content, software tools, and documentation.

Client Work Ownership

Upon full payment for custom design work, clients receive ownership rights to the final delivered designs. However, CloudXDrift retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Important Intellectual Property Notice

Educational participants may not redistribute course materials, record sessions without permission, or use proprietary methodologies for commercial purposes without written authorization from CloudXDrift management.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Payment Obligations

All fees for CloudXDrift services are due according to the payment schedule outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees as permitted by Thai commercial law.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service commencement for educational programs, or within 7 days for design consultation services. Refunds are processed according to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Educational program refunds available within first two weeks of enrollment
  • Design service refunds considered on case-by-case basis
  • No refunds available for completed custom design work
  • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts

Privacy and Data Protection

CloudXDrift collects and processes personal information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and international privacy standards. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects and educational participant information.

Information Collection and Use

We collect information necessary to provide our services effectively, including contact details, project requirements, and educational progress data. This information is used solely for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our offerings.

Client project information and design work remain confidential unless explicit permission is granted for portfolio use or case study development. Educational participants' personal information is protected and never shared with third parties without consent.

Service Availability and Limitations

CloudXDrift strives to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

CloudXDrift's liability for any service-related issues is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.

Service Level Understanding

While we maintain high standards for all services, results from educational programs depend significantly on individual effort and application. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment opportunities upon program completion.

Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in individual service agreements. CloudXDrift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Account Suspension Procedures

  • Initial warning for minor policy violations
  • Temporary suspension for repeated infractions
  • Permanent termination for serious violations or fraudulent activity
  • Right to appeal termination decisions within 30 days

Modifications to Terms

CloudXDrift reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active users via email and posted on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. For major policy updates, we may request explicit acknowledgment before services can continue.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by Thai law and any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Thailand. We encourage good faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

For service-related disagreements, CloudXDrift offers mediation services through qualified third-party mediators before proceeding to formal legal action. This approach often provides more satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
